Our first step is to discuss preliminary ideas and budget. We then develop the design and create shop drawings of the cabinetry. Those shop drawings are then reviewed with you for approval and final measurements are verified down to the last detail.

Our cabinets often have face-frames with inset doors to match traditional homes. The boxes are made of plywood, and the face frames are solid wood. Our drawers are wood with dovetail joints, and are supported with high quality full-extension glides. The panel doors can be plywood or glass, or cabinets can have open shelves. You can incorporate a variety of cabinets to provide visual interest. If the selected wood has a noticeable grain, the grain is arranged in such a way to enhance the beauty of the cabinets.
Installation of the cabinets are coordinated with your schedule and the construction schedule as necessary.

What makes our custom cabinetry green?
- We use plywood instead of particleboard in the construction of our cabinet boxes. Particleboard is made with more adhesives and out-gasses over a period of time.
- Indoor air quality is an important thing to consider in all aspects of construction. We use water-based finishes whenever possible on our cabinets to avoid the toxic out-gassing that can come from other finish options.
- We use Minnesota or Wisconsin grown woods as often as possible.
